Civilian Community Rules & Guidelines:
  • Age Requirement for joining: 18+
  • Working Microphone.
  • Being/Breeding toxicity will result in repercussions:
    • Sexually unsolicited role-play is not allowed in our server. If someone does not feel comfortable from the statements being said to them or acts taking place, they can report it to Staff.
    • There are to be no homophobic slurs, racism, IRL threats, or harassment of any kind. For example, “Hard R, F slur, R slur, excessive use of the n’a word.”
  • No UNREALISTIC GRAPHICS PACKS ~ Will result in Ban.
  • No TRACERS ~ Will result in a Ban.
  • You must have an appropriate Steam name with no special characters, no emojis, and cannot be offensive in any way.
  • Whitelisted jobs no’s (CPD/DOJ/St. Bernard Hospital/Realtor):
    • No impersonating | No robbing white listed job employees for job defining weapons
    • You are allowed to take consumables (Armor, Meds, Ammo, etc.) | Not weapons or work equipment.
  • You must have some sort of gameplay recording software with audio (e.g., OBS, Medal.tv, Twitch, NVIDIA, etc…).
  • All decisions and guideline approved by staff are final:
    • Do not disrespect or impersonate staff.
    • Staff reserves the right to cancel any engagement (ticket, timeout, etc.), and issue a ban appropriate for the situation.
  • Players must follow Twitch.tv/Kick Terms of Service (TOS) at all times.
Roleplay Decorum:
  • No OOC (Out of City) or trying to coerce someone into going OOC.
  • No RDM (Random Deathmatch) ~ Randomly killing a person.
  • No VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) ~ Killing a person with a vehicle.
  • No FRP (Failed Roleplay) ~ Not reacting realistically to a scene or Not engaging properly before shooting, robbing, kidnapping, etc.
  • No Exploiting of any kind. eg Into buildings, items, resources, etc ~ IMMEDIATE 7 DAY BAN
  • No Harassments about clothing/cosmetics if it’s not gang affiliated.
  • No pressing people about wearing clothing that’s not gang affiliated.
  • No Body dumping without roleplay behind it.
  • No Power Gaming (e.g; Running up and Cuffing people, spam punching, etc…)
  • No Metagaming (Using INFORMATION GAINING from out of city eg Call/Text/Discord/Twitch)
  • No NVL (Not Valuing Life)
  • No Combat logging (Will have pockets wiped)
  • No Chain Robbing Period (Meaning driving from place to place constantly looking to rob players)
  • No Combat Storing (Parking your car that has something of value away when other people show up/cops)
  • No Rogue Employee RP with roleplay (If you are caught stealing items/money from business’s stashes you may receive repercussions)
  • No Cheating/Hacking (duplicating items, using software, etc. Will result in an immediate perma ban)
Roleplay Decorum cont'd:
  • All players must have a customized character and are NOT permitted to use a PED unless you are whitelisted and plan on roleplaying that PED character.
  • Multiple Characters [Cousins] (from the same player):
  • You may not have multiple characters in one gang/group/job.
  • You are allowed one gang or group.
  • You are allowed one whitelisted job per soul (Must keep up with job requirements).
  • You are allowed to work more than one unwhitelisted job per soul.
  • You are not allowed to share information from different cousins, any knowledge gained from one cousin should not be transferred to another.
  • You are not allowed to transfer assets, items, money, etc between cousins.
  • Roleplay shouldn’t be stopped or become less serious before a restart; it should continue as normal:
  • No petty crimes 15 minutes before or after a restart.
  • No heists (bank, jewelry, etc.) 30 minutes before or after a restart.
  • Avoid crafting pockets 5 minutes before or after a restart.
  • Avoid moving things into or out of storage before restart.
  • Avoid hurting yourself or other persons before or after restart.
  • By owning an MLO business you are expected to fulfill and use the business to the fullest:
    • Inactivity for 30 days or failure to uphold products will result in repossession of the business.
Scene & Heist Scenarios/Decorum:
  • There is no T count for players BUT you must not interject yourself into a scene that has nothing to do with you. eg If Ballas press GSF, ONLY BALLAS AND GSF should be in the area, if a fight breaks out and any normal person would run from a gun fight UNLESS specified otherwise. If you stay in the area and get shot THAT – IS ON YOU!!
  • It needs to be properly declared if more people will arrive on scene to help in a fight if not specified no one else can be included in the scene!
  • The scene ends when one side no longer has a member standing.
  • Max 10 people per heist/robbery.
  • Max 6 people for Pacific Bank.
  • If you are placed under arrest and placed in a cop car YOU ARE DEEMED ARRESTED and can not be removed.
  • If you have been FULL KILLED (Put on your back/flat backed) then you can not remember the last 15 mins of the last scene.
  • Anyone can run a stash provided there is sufficient roleplay and a Ticket is made to prove evidence. (Businesses are excluded from this rule.)
  • No helmets are allowed in scenes.
Discord Decorum:
  • General Information:
    • Doxing is an immediate perma ban from the city and discord.
    • Do not spam admins in the discord.
    • Do not message dm admins unless they say you can.
    • Do not ask for In-City information in any discord channel.
    • Do not bring In-City drama into the any hustlaz discord.
  • Submitting Tickets (Accessible under Support in ⁠🎫丨ᴛɪᴄᴋᴇᴛꜱ):
    • General Support– If you have general questions you can request assistance here!
    • Ban Appeals– Please include an image of your ban and a description as to why you believe we should unban you.
    • Player Report – Provide a 2-5 minute clip of what exactly happened and include a full description. (Without a clip staff will make the most reasonable decision possible.)
    • Donations – Open if you’d like to donate to our server.
